As a life-long Trekkie, my vote has to go to Trek, of course!

Wow, has anyone ever told you you look like Carson Daly?

33 here, needing to lose about 60 more pounds. Feel free to add me! I do my best to be as encouraging as possible, and I have an open diary for my friends to peruse. Good luck on your journey!

Hey guys, my name's Amanda and I'm 33 years old. I've never tried Insanity before, and I'm pretty intimidated by it, but it's something I've wanted to do for a while and I figure this might just be the best way for me to do it! Especially since there's a group to help keep me motivated, even though I know I'm going to feel…

I might pass out, but I'm in! lol

Welcome! Feel free to add me :)

Feel free to add me! I have an open diary and try my best to be motivating and encouraging every day :)

I've got at least 55 to lose. Anyone can add me! I have an open diary and try to be as encouraging and motivating as I can. :)

I've been here on and off since August and am always looking for new friends who are on the same journey. Feel free to add me!

59 pounds, but that's all right! Let's do it!

I loved the documentary, but I couldn't do the juicing because I absolutely couldn't handle the taste. I even bought the juicer he used and everything. Yuck.

I have a Force and I love it! The only time I take it off is to shower and wash my face. It really has gotten me moving more than anything else ever has.
-
Love the sponge analogy!

I watched Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead and decided to start juicing. I went out and bought the juicer he used, bought a ton of veg, and got myself started. My juicing lasted two days. Two days of trying to choke down the vile green substance everyone swore was so good. The juicer went back, the veg got eaten, and I've lost…

Friday morning for me!

Feel free to add me! I keep an open diary to keep me accountable. I don't always make the healthiest choices, but I stay within my calorie allotment and it seems to be working for me :)

What helped me quit was switching to an e-cig. I got one in August, when I really began using myfitnesspal, and I've been smoke free for a few weeks now. I never noticed an increase in appetite or anything.

I have a Force that I wear practically 24/7 (only take it off to take a shower), and I have yet to get any kind of rash or soreness from it. I love this little thing and it has definitely helped me get my butt moving. I think the only people who were having the rashes were people with nickel allergies?

I have a Vitamix (https://www.vitamix.com) and have yet to find anything it can't handle. Smoothies, ice cream/froyo/sorbets, homemade peanut butter, the most amazing soups ever (it actually cooks the soup in the blender so it's nice and steaming when you pour it into your bowl)… the list is endless. Yeah, they're pricey,…

I do 1300 calories a day, but I often find that I have a hard time eating that many. I also exercise and don't eat back those calories. I'm losing around 2lbs/week.

I absolutely LOVE PB2. I have both, but the regular is my favorite. I use it like I would any other peanut butter: on toast, as a dip for granny smith apples, etc. It's not as thick and creamy as regular peanut butter, but it's a lot lower in calories and has a great taste. You should try it!

Hey, we've all been there. All you can do is realize that you're human, and make tomorrow a better day.

Don't have 100, but I do have 60ish, possibly more once I get there and I would LOVE to have it gone by 2015. Feel free to add me everyone! I love seeing how everyone's doing, and trying my best to motivate my friends :)

oops, didn't mean to post twice!

Hmm. I have never been, but I have friends who are absolutely nuts for Crossfit and from what I've gathered, they do a variety of things every time. Maybe try another box?

My Fitbit says 2,436.
