I was about to say the same. Most of the programs on that site have videos that are FREE and show you how to do each exercise. It definitely made things easier for me.

Yeah, I hear you on that one. As with any meal plan, the prep is KILLING me, and I don't have a family to cook for! It is a lot of food, and I am tracking it just for ha-ha's to see what the total calorie intake is for the day (since you don't have to calorie count with her program, which I LIKE). I really like the fresco menu from Taco Bell too. Cheap, and low cal for sure. I am a sucker for Popeye's and Wendy's, but try to avoid it if possible. I also like Subway, which is easy to customize as we all know.

I just quit smoking on 2/3/13, and i have already gained about 7 lbs in that short period of time.
