Jamie Eason Burn The Fat / LiveFit series

has anyone followed Jamie Eason's Burn The Fat or LiveFit series?

Good results?

I'm not sure which to follow....what's the defining difference between them? I already exercise regularly and have been weightlifting for about a year and I eat healthily if not "bodybuilder clean and strict!"

Looking to cut fat mainly to define muscle

any help would be great, thanks!

    It seems maybe the Burn the Fat one is aimed at teenagers, based on the quick blurb. I didn't go through the actual programs to look at the differences, though.

    I am on week two of the LiveFit program and I haven't seen any weight loss yet, but sure have seen some of my muscle tone come back. I used to work out with a trainer so it didn't take long for me to see results in that way. I think the weight will eventually follow. I am using the meal plan as a guide, but I am not following it to a tee. I have also been able to do two of the four strength training days at home, which I really like.

    I'd love to hear more if you decide to do this program. Best of luck!
