I know how that feels. I had lost weight 11 years ago and the first time I bought clothes from the misses department and not the plus department. It was so exciting! I don't very often post anything but I so know just what you are talking about. I just wanted to jump in and say I understand and please just keep moving forward. A step back doesn't mean you are heading in that direction. Turn around and go forward again. At some point the steps backward will be less and less. Good luck…

I have a really bad back and can't stand or walk more than a few minutes without pain but . . . . i am challenging myself to get on the treadmill (so I can hold on as it helps) and go for 10 min walks at least 2 times a day.
