I am noticing the weight loss in those areas too. I guess it's just something to be patient about...which is not too easy when you want to see the difference now.

I eat about 4 times a day. Breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. I expend between 250 and 500 depending on my workout. I do not currently do any heavy lifting. I do cardio as well as strength training and toning. I do not have access to any heavy lifting at the moment as I am a single mother of two so I do my workouts at…

THank you so much for your responses! Your support helps so much. :wink: I will definately be working on the sugar intake although I'm pretty sure it's not much. The 30 day shred I have done but am still doing the workouts throughout the week. Now we just wait and see!

I'm on day 7 of the Level 1. I am motivated to do this but it helps to know there are others out there suffering with me! :)
