Hello! I am new to myfitnesspal. I am about 40 pounds from my goal weight and started my diet/exercise plan about 8 days ago...but who's counting?!
I am currently on the 30 day shred routine which is a killer but I am more motivated than I have ever been to lose the weight. Just wanted to say hello!

Welcome! I am also new to MFP, and doing the 30 day shred. How are you logging that in the exercise diary? Do you do it as a generic aerobics, or as a calisthenics?0
