I understand about pregnancy ruining things! I was eating really well and then when I got pregnant I never had cravings, but had a strong aversion to vegetables - it lasted the entire time. Ha! I typically eat the same, or a small variety, of things for breakfast and lunch, so the real planning is only dinner. I also used to add my exercise in. That was I was more likely to do it, because that's the only way I'd get to eat everything I had listed.

Iced Coffees are coffee, cream, and flavorings. Iced lattes are expresso, milk, and flavoring - and do have a nonfat milk option.
