ii had my son in July too, but July 2012. I was very fit when i got pregnant, at my lowest weight ever. i gained 60lbs while i was pregnant, lost 20 in a few weeks. i exclusively breastfed and counted calories fanatically. it took me *forever* to start to lose. i lost .5 a week, if that, until i stopped pumping and cut…

there are other podcasts available too, on itunes. i used the NHS one. the music is techno, if that would turn you off (it's not my thing, but i found it kinda fun to run to in the end). NHS also has a couch to 5k +, for when you graduate, that works you through speed, endurance and intervals.

5'6 female SW: 192 in January CW: 170 GW: 155 it has been slow going for me. My current goal date is Christmas, but i'm not sure it's going to happen since no matter what i do i can't drop more than .5lb a week. I'm set at 1500 per day - trying to slowly move up from 1300 to my tdee-20 which is 1600. Currently i run 5x a…

I was definitely eating at a deficit, working out, and logging here religiously. i lost so slowly until i started to wean and then the weight started to drop off. the hormones or something really…

Thanks for sharing your experience with that feature. I suppose I thought it was accurate for others, so it's good to know that maybe it's not. And I am going down, slooowly, but down. MFP has me at 1300 and I add in 300 more for nursing.

Yes, that wasn't really clear in my post, I ultimately eat 1800, more if I exercise because I eat that back too. I'm going to read that thread, thank you! It's a foreign concept to me to eat more to lose. And thanks Sara, at least I know it's not just me and it's just slow going for some of us then.
