projected loss versus actual loss?
my projected loss at the end of the day has never met up with my actual losses. i am diligent about logging every single thing that i eat and i measure almost everything. i don't eat back exercise calories, so it's not that i'm overestimating burn and then overeating. i am still nursing, so i suppose it could be hormones…

anyone have success cutting out "white foods?"
I've decided to cut out refined carb/sugars, so no bread, pasta, crackers, cookies, cakes, candy, etc. for a month and then reintroduce whole grains (and cakes on special occasions!). Has anyone done this? Does it have an effect or do you need to cut/reduce carbs entirely? I'm still shooting for 100g of carbs per day, but…
