I want to lose weight - my body fat % is far too high and increase general fitness levels. I know working out each day will have benefits but wasn't sure if mixing it up too much is inefficient. Are you getting the right balance of nutrients? It's no good eating at a healthy deficit if what you are eating is all fat for instance, also if you are close to a healthy weight it takes a bit longer to burn that last bit off

Keep on yup of your diet, add in some cardio to burn off excess fat pet se and side/normal planks, crunches, burpees, my pilates and six pack DVDs have great core and tummy exercises including oblique work...I use Jillian Michaels and those regimes are amazing!

I use usn ultra lean protein shake, there may well be better ones out there but so far this works well for me and out tastes quite nice (choc) I mix mine with milk, I was never hitting my macros even eating eggs, cottage cheese chicken pulses etc, this boosts it right up only been using it a short while but so far so good.…

Please do your own research but have you considered increasing your protein? I use protein shake for the same reason it really helps plus the fat is melting away....

I just read your profile I am in a similar situation as yourself have always been thin truly believe my contraceptive injection contributed to my weight gain, plus obvious maturing factors, it just disappoints me being very slim to now holding a bit extra, bothered me most when my clothes stopped fitting

I hope that this is true for me, I know I need to add resistance training but I'm just no good at sticking to it I need classes lol, I gained a few stone in a few years admittedly I needed some but put on a bit too much, tried to reset but ended on putting on more and keeping it I was just hoping to see some results by now…

I've been calorie counting and exercising a couple of times a week for five months admittedly I've been playing around with calories after trying a reset but lost very little maybe a few pounds, no inches Crikey I don't want to have that kind of embarrassment

Ok, so I wouldn't take a colon cleansing tablet for the risk of messing up my own system, so fat binders by the sound of it can have the same negative effect? I know its bad but when I see little results I just wanted to find out about another possibility....
