I just got a Fitbit today and it won't show any of the data on MFP, but shows my MFP data on Fitbit. I also am going crazy trying to figure it out!!

On MFP go under exercise - log exercise - and search walking. It'll give you multiple options, pick how fast you walked, like 4mph if you did 4 miles in an hour and it'll calculate your calories burned.

If you do 4 miles in an hour you are walking 4 miles an hour. That's kinda how I log in my Leslie Sansone miles. As to how many calories you burn, it all depends on your weight.

That's funny that you have a 3 month goal too. I'd like to lose 30 pounds in 3 months. After I lose that I'll have 10 more pounds to go to be in the Normal BMI range. I had my surgery in October 2008.

I don't know how far out from surgery you guys are, but I'm 4 years out and let me tell ya it aint easy. I thought I would never have a regain, but here I am 37 pounds heavier than my lowest weight.
