Are you eating back your exercise calories? If not, you are probaby starving! LOL!

Never heard that low carb is bad for diabetics considering it's one of the things that raises blood sugar! Hmmmm and higher protein helps stabilize.

Well, it's now lower in calories I'm sure but it's got to be better for youAncient Harvest Quinoa Pasta. My hubby is Italian and I normally cannot trick him with pastas but this one did! It's gluten free, cholesterol free and very low in sodium. PLUS there are 4 grams of protein in each serving. It really tastes close to…

I firmly believe that I would not succeed on any kind of diet plan without a cheat meal. I've read it also helps reset the metabolism so to speak. I'm all about it!

What they said above about the chest strap and also, do you have it set for your weight/age, etc? It could be set for a 100 lb female if not!!

I use a SPI Belt for my keys and phone or I just use an arm strap for my phone. I carry one of those tiny 8 oz bottles of waters. As far as tracking your distance goes---I have no clue if you don't have a smart phone. If you did, I was going to recommend a few apps but just a question here---do you have an ipod Nano?

Yes indeedy! The person below me is running 5 miles today!

I cook my oatmeal with coconut milk and add blueberries. Cooked alone with coconut milk and a tiny bit of sugar is awesome.

Just make sure your monitor is set up for YOUR height, weight, age, etc. If you haven't set that up, it will not be accurate! Do not subtract anything if you are just wearing it when working out~

Hopefully you are eating more but your posts are current for your food intake. Please don't starve yourself girl!!! One day you will realize it's just not worth it! You'll do more damage to your metabolism eating like that and when you are actually a bit heavier after babies and closer to 40 (ahem, like me! LOL) You will…

I made the switch to decaf coffee when I was pregnant with my last son 3 years ago. It was easier then for sure! I find that if I drink caffeine in the mornings now, I'm a jittery mess! Have you tried the caffeine free cokes/pepsis?

I feel like that a lot! I have anxiety though--it's one of my only symptoms. I also feel that way if I drink regular coffee in the morning on an empty stomach. If I drink decaf--I'm fine. Have not always been that way either! Super strange! If it continues though I'd probably get it checked out--doesn't hurt to make sure…
