I tend to go crazy on the weekends and then have to play catch up all week to burn what I ate. I have been having trouble getting my water in as well. Glad you were able to go over your goal! You do start to crave water once you are used to drinking it I think.

I thought I did that for a minute also. My spreadsheet is showing up with each line overlapping a bit so it is hard to make sure I am in my own spot. Not sure if that is just me or if everyone sees it this way.

The only goal I made 100% was burning 200 calories on three different days. I haven't met the other two completely but I tried! I made all but one day of the jumping jacks. I am having a difficult week :( Not getting my water in and going way over my calories! I did do the jumping jacks Monday and Tuesday and have been burning 200+ calories everyday with walking. I will walk and mow tonight so that will help also. But, I fear there is a pretty big gain in my future :(

First thing in the morning after I use the toilet :) I normally weigh every couple of days but I try to record it only once or twice a week. I like to see the "lost" number go up and the "to go" number go down. It helps me stay motivated and on track. If the scale goes up one morning I really watch my intake for that day…
