I'm sort of starting over. I'm down 4lb since my after surgery gain 5 weeks ago. I've been doing okay this week (even with christmas) but not fully back to LC just yet. I plan on being back on track 100% on Monday. My first goal is 15lbs. I'll splurge on a new book when I get there. At 30 I'm hopeful I'll need new clothes.

I'm in. Not gaining is a great goal. I'll be looking up a lot of Keto friendly meals. Most of my family eat carbs but I'd like to get them on the right track as well. My main focus is going to be to stay under 100g carbs and drink 100 oz of water. SW 248.8 CW 248.4

I do the same thing and it frustrates me soo much. I'm going to focus on my maintenance for a couple weeks to see how my body responds. After that I'll change up my intake and add the gym back in. Weight loss is a struggle but we can do it. Feel free to add me.

I'm in the process of a reboot as well. I lost about 30lbs in 2012 but gained half of that back. I'd like to lose 80-100 but we'll see as I get closer to goal. Depends how I feel. I really need more motivating friends. Feel free to add me.

I used to sell AdvoCare. I did the 24 day challenge early in 2013 and lost 12lbs. But, I gained the weight back as soon as I stopped taking the products. Did you read my last comment? I know did wrong. That was a horrible day mentally also (no excuses). Also, a lot of the time if there is a strange meal for breakfast (like this day) it is actually middle of the night mindless eating that I know I need to stop.

So what happens if you are eating blow your TDEE? I am 5'9 and 242lbs. I have been working out via treadmill at 3.0 6 days a week for 45 min to an hour each time.
