  • Month 2 week 2 day 1 is done! Cant believe how fast the time flew lol. I could've been doing what I always did a couple weeks ago or i can change my life :) Month 2 is hard lol. I've noticed that the workouts feel longer, maybe because it's harder idk.

  • I effing hated today's workout lol. I thought Tabata power from month 1 was hard but max power is worse! On the bright side tomorrow is another workout, hopefully​ it's not as brutal

  • I keep forgetting that it's a marathon and not a sprint. So thanks for reminding me. I did my workout today so I'm happy. It wasn't as intense add it could have been but I'm happy I did it :smile:

  • Week 4 Day 2 - I feel so bad and guilty because I missed my workout today. I feel like I ruined my entire routine and process, which sucks. I ate healthy and walked a lot but I feel like that's not good enough.

  • There's no way I can sleep at 6,8 or 10 pm lol That's waaaaay too early. Ideally, I want to sleep at 12 and wake up at 6 am. But it's hard cuz I come home around midnight :neutral:
