I agree with performance being the first indicator....Can't wait till I see a real physical difference tho. I'm not very patient lol. One more week and it'll be 1 month.

I set up 3 alarms, get everything ready and I still can't wake up lol. I I wake up, then go back to sleep. I don't know how to break that habit. I almost missed an exam doing that

So I haven't posted on this group in a while, but I have exercised everyday, logged what I ate and was under my goal. Today, I did 35 mins of workout. Logged everything and ate under my calorie goal

How do you have energy to do your workout tho? Do u eat anything before your workout? Because ive tried it once and I was starving and didn't have energy to continue my workout

Yes, yes and yes I hated my workout today, it was a lot of strength training lol but it kicked my butt and got me out of my comfort zone.

Today really pushed me to my max and I tried to make the best of it. Luckily I did half an hour of exercise, logged everything, went out and drank water and some food but I'm under my calorie goal. THANK GOD!!! TOMORROW I'M BACK ON TRACK :smile:

Today was my rest day and I indulged in a little more than I should have but most of what I ate was healthy. My exercise was very light, about 20 minutes of walking. Food and water logged and just under my goal.

Hey, I have a quick question. I want to buy a Fitbit but I'm not sure if it will accurately track my calories burned. Should I buy it to see how many calories I burn during my insanity workouts? Also, which Fitbit should I buy?
