I recommend you try it out. Its only 30 minutes a day, five times a week (not including the 20 minute optional recovery day) I really like it because it's practical and challenging but I can't say anything about my results yet. I feel stronger and have more energy but I'll know for sure after the 2 months is over.

Cant believe tomorrow is may. 30 mins of insanity Calories logged and under

Hey everyone...I know I'm late but today is Day 9 of me eating healthy and exercising. Count me in, I really need accountability. So add me as a friend!!
-
Another day ✔️

Wow...I didn't realize how many people check their weight every single day. I don't think I can do it, I understand that there will be some fluctuations and all that science stuff happening but I would still get discouraged lol. Everyone's different I guess. I'm sticking with bi weekly.
-
I think I will do bi-weekly. So I'll weigh myself in 5 days, which will be my 2 week mark. I applaud everyone weighing themselves daily, I don't think I can do it. It will definitely disappoint me or keep me thinking about it all the time. Times like this, I'm happy I have a very old and broken scale that's hidden away and…

-
I can't wait till I lose my first 10 pounds. Today's my eighth day of eating healthy and working out, I'm scared to go on a scale so I'll probably do it on the 1 month mark. Good job btw!!!! I can't wait till I'm in the 100's - onederland - just 20 pounds and I'm there. First time in 4 or 5 years
-
I would encourage you to stop using measuring cups and get a food scale (they're really cheap). The food scale will help you accurately weigh your food and thus accurately tell you how many calories you're eating every day. It will be a huge eye opener for you. I started at 221lbs, weighing my food and staying under a…

That is true. I'm just so impatient lol. I also feel like, can exercise and diet really help me? It sounds stupid but it's because I've tried so many times and failed but I guess I need patience and discipline. Sorry just need a place to vent, I'm gonna eat breakfast soon and after that start my workout. Today is Day 1…

1 week down, 3 more to go! And 1 month will be done

I had 1450 calories yesterday which consisted of - breakfast - 2 eggs scrambled with onions and salt and pepper - lunch - 1 can of tuna with 1 bun and 1potatoe filled fried "pastry" - dinner - about 1 cup of spaghetti - throughout the day- 12 cups of water, 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds, 2 oranges, 2 small gala apples, and a…

I hate my scale lol. It's very old and I think it might even be broken so I can't even properly weigh myself so I try not to
-
Okay now it makes so much more sense than before. I changed my goals on the app. So, my current weight is 220 (I use this app on and off and I gained 15 pounds since I first downloaded the app), and my goal weight is 175 pounds. I also put in that I'm lightly active (I do 30 mins of insanity max 30, 5 days a week. Is that…

No...I'm quoting what the other guy said. I thought he was trolling. I'm just confused
-
Do I have to eat 2100? What if in full. Like yesterday I was very full, even in the night. Probably because I had 2 apples, 2 oranges, a slice of watermelon and 12 cups of water lol
-
I burn calories by watching tv if I'm in a deficit? What...?
-
You look so much younger, completely like a different person lol. Good job! Ur an inspiration
-
Wow....U look great! Is that really you? I can't believe it. What did you eat/exercise? Plz share
-
^^

So basically... So basically....It says to eat 2100 calories in order to lose 2 pounds a week. Yesterday I ate 1700 calories and only did mild workout less than 100 calories burned. Usually I burn 3-400. So I have to burn 1800 because I ate 1700 to be in a deficit?
-
Can u explain what that is? I never really understood it...
