hey!! yep I do attack too..but again im not completely sure how to fit that in!! Can i include that as my cardio or does cardio just includie running/cycling etc?? I don't want to build loads of muscle but be more toned. Need to sit down and sort this all out properly haha

you clearly havent seen the girls on instagram haha there's a whole "fitness" and "clean eating" family and they look seriously incredible..like body builders etc eat them

Thanks so much :) this was really helpful and motivating. So should my "net" cals be what MFP set my daily cal allowance to? So 1250 for me? That just brings the number under "food" up so much on the days I work out!! Its scary seeing that number go above 1200 haha

Thanks so much! But (sorry to be dumb) I'm confused by "calories in less than calories out"...i hate 1300 cals today ando nly burnt 500..so im consuming way more than im burning off. :S
