I have one big cup in the morning to start my day and that's all I need! I will never give it up....I feel like my day doesn't start right if I don't have that!! Just like everything else...it's all about MODERATION!!

Good morning, I had my surgery August 13th,2012 and can honestly say that I get way more than 600-800 calories a day......how do you do that??? I have 2 protein shakes a day and that in themselves is 320 calories....... I have not had any dumping issues at all....and I have had sugar, mind you not in excess, but I have had…

Use a small dessert plate, rather than a big plate...eat what you like, only until you are satisfied.......putting it on a small plate will give the illusion of a lot of food, and you will not feel cheated on pigging out like the rest of the family :wink:

My new favorite snack is Air Popped Popcorn.....3 cups popped is only 60 calories and I add Ranch popcorn seasoning for only 2 calories a 1/4tsp......It's a great snack for when I want something salty, but low in cal :smile:

The fact that you know what you did was a "mistake" says a lot about your determination and your goals. It's one day and you can pick up and start again.
