My job works on a point system we do not get Dr note excuses we have to take a point and I do not have the points to spear unless I wanna get fired.... That's what I get for abusing the point system but good news is I drop 2 points in november

I'm scheduled for an ultrasound the 30th. Blood work levels show I'm 4-6 weeks but dr thinks could be farthrr along up to 6 months from what I told them about my period. They wanted me to get us this week but I cannot miss work and I'm busy so the 30th was compromise

Thank you everyone!. I'm trying to do low carbs and when I logged breakfast, I noticed I was high in carbs. But atleast carbs from a banana is better than carbs from a bag of chips.

I appreciate everybody's input. I personally love cabbage soup especially when I can't go #2 regularly it really helps.

Well I don't plan on actually eating cabbage soup for all 3 meals, just dinner each night for a few days to clean my system.

My welding jackets barely buttoned up anymore and I was already wearing the biggest size my job has... that was a huge eye opener for me especially since a 3x was baggy on me over the summer. Now that I lost 10 lbs my jackets are fitting more comfortably again :) and I don't feel like such a beluga whale at work lol

thank you all for the replies. i was just curious because a few people from work have told me that chili isnt a good diet meal... im pretty new to this all so i dont really know what to eat. right now im just trying to stay away from bad carbs and maintain 1200 cals
