  • Can I ask What BMR and TDEE means and how you get those numbers
  • MFP gave me 1930 and you can see what I eat. I do not eat the exercise calories either

  • I felt I was under eating as well. Thats why I asked. No I do not mind that you looked. I am glad you did look. I have been trying to keep fat,sugar,and protien with in also. some of the days they go over. Just needed some help here.
  • I do work out on my days off. I do an eliptical trainer for 45-50 mins and burn 800-850 in calories. I thought that was good. It is usally 3- 4 days a week
  • I drank it like everyday about 4-5 pepsis a day I quit drinking it and with the exercise and diet I was doing I lost 56 pounds. Low and behold I got pregnate I gained that and then some. I dont drink but one a week now. I have about 50-55 pounds to go to loose. I hope I can do it. I have an issue with artiffical sweetner.…
