Please feel free to add me. I've actually been doing the P90X. I'm almost completely through the first phase.

I second the Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey suggestion. I've done a lot of searching for the best/healthiest supplement. Whey is hands down the best that I've found, imho. I get the flavor extreme milk chocolate. You can either mix it with water, but I mix is with skim milk for a little extra vitamins after an intense work…

Good luck! You can do it!

Absolutely fantastic job! If you like the 'nut challenge' the US has something similar called the Tough Mudder. I think you'd enjoy it. I'm not sure if they have set up international events yet, but if you are ever in the states check it out. It's an 12 mile obstacle course; which is a ton of fun. Again congrats on such…

Keep motivated! I know I was eating wrong as well; way wrong for years. Two meals a day, then to three meals a day. Now I shoot for five tiny meals. I could send you what I aim to eat for the week if it'd help you. Eating healthy is definitely half the battle; not just working out. Please feel free to add me and I'll try…

Keep up the good work. Keep at it!

Blueberry. I ate a handful today for lunch. Delicious. Frozen yogurt or Gelato?

As the weather get's warmer I find it harder and harder. Try to keep stock of 'healthy' food. Great job with hummus over the pizza. String cheese is my guilty pleasure.

I was just saying, nothing around weight needed to be said. I wasn't trying to use you as an example. I'm meant someone stating "you're a fatty" is belligerent and unnecessary commentary. (Again wasn't calling on you, you just happened to say would you rather him call you fatty. This is extremely hard to explain over a…

I always was as a kid, but stepped away. I learned the constellations when I was in boy scouts, but it's been so long I don't know if I could point them all out. I do remember how to line up the little and big dipper to get to the north star. I was in Hawaii this past summer and had an hour with a NASA researcher who…

For some reason people feel that is their god given right to say what they see. They have zero regard for human decency. They think that since they've been blessed with a faster metabolism they can say what they please. All it really is, is common decency. Is it so hard to be respectful of others, even if they aren't the…

I never understood the no filter thing. Sure I've definitely said some stupid stuff, but mindlessly blurting out something that could hurt someone; come on guy. Being cognizant of people's feelings should be a no brainer. After saying this, I am sure I'm going to make a stupid remark in the next week.

I did read an article about those who work out tend to earn more. http://business.time.com/2012/06/08/one-more-reason-to-hit-the-gym-youll-make-more-money/ It doesn't have anything to do with intelligence. The article gives the reason: discipline.

The comments going to Hyde's pictures are cracking me up. I'd take Hyde on a date. And no to the above. I'd get a beer with you though; none date.
