I use to drink dr. pepper, and coke pretty much all day long.. Now what i do, is if i know i have lost atleast 2lbs for the week, i may treat myself to ONE, (Can only) of Cherry Coke Zero.. Thats my favorite

mine were 213 calories per roll, but i didnt have any lowfat ricotta or cream cheese, that has less calories. so ya they arent bad in calories either

i am 5'3, very broad , so my goals are a little larger, SW: 240 CW: 212 GW: 135-130 I use to weigh 150 and that was a wonderful weight for me, but I am aiming at smaller.

I had a breakfast pie, which is 1/6 of the whole pie. Pilsberry Pie Shell, Rotel, 5 Eggs, 2oz Jimmy Dean Sausage, and 3/4 cup shredded cheese.. Put it together, and bake it, and one serving is only 230 calories.. I also had a 1/2 cup of no sugar added grapefruit.. 40 calories.. YUUUUMMM

i would rather someone be honest and blunt to me, then sugar coat it.. sugar coating only adds calories after all!!!! i know im fat, i know im unhealthy, but atleast im giving it my all to get better. if you want to flake off and continue to be the way you are, thats not MY fault..
