I put ketchup on pizza. It's awesome! OP: not trying to scare you or anything, but it's worth mentioning that many burnt foods contain carcinogens called acrylamides. I love burnt food too, but I try to go easy on it because of that.

The question isn't should you but could you... for the rest of your life? If the answer is no, then don't. Lose weight by eating in a fashion that you will be able to maintain forever, or you'll just put it all right back on again plus extra.

If you scramble it with light margarine and skim milk then you need to include the margarine and milk measurments in your log as well as the egg, they will add a significant number of calories.

Dunno about black tea vs green tea, but White tea is pretty much verfied as the most beneficial in terms of antioxidants. Imo it tastes better too.

Nope, you're human... with a fairly normal biological human brain. It's chemistry you are fighting. Your doctor is a good start but he/she will likely refer you to a psychiatrist (for medicinal maintenance) and a psychologist or therapist (for some sort of cognitive behavioral therapy).
