Well since I am buried under 20" of snow :noway: it's ordering takeout (I got a salad with chicken) and resting! Have been shoveling for days so I'm hoping for a big drop by Monday! Enjoy! :heart:

I did pretty well this week. Felt really good to stay away from garbage after succumbing to some on Super Bowl Sunday then feeling like it the next day... My next week's plan is to change up my workout schedule. I've been overdoing it on the running lately and getting burnt out. Roni I'm glad your blood test came back…

My biggest NSV is getting off my HBP & acid reflux meds! I just feel so healthy now that I don't care what the scale says! I wore a pair of pants today that haven't fit me in 2 yrs. I'm also finding I'm less prone to letting things bother me. Peace of mind is so much better than a piece of cake! ✌

Wow this group rocks!!! I have to admit it's a challenge for me to drink just plain water so I mix it with PowerAde Zero :blushing: for flavor and electrolytes. W: 30 min run intervals S: breakfast N: 4 (a little over my sodium today-good thing I got in extra water):drinker:

I eat 3 meals & 3 snacks a day. I try to eat my last snack at least 2 hours before bed. W: 30 min of hill intervals on treadmill N: 5 hit all my macros S: breakfast

W: 30 min run & Les Mills Flow (awesome for stretching and flexibility) S: PM snack N: 5 I love Flow! I do it 3x a week and my muscles are getting leaner and it actually helped me get rid of my acid reflux!

Hi! My goal this week is to measure everything! I get a bit lax on some things but it adds up! Also to lighten up on myself... the water weight is gone so I have to remember that every week isn't going to be a big drop but it will be a gone forever drop no matter how small and to be proud of that!:glasses:

Years ago I lost 100 lbs on Atkins and found that I lost consistently between 50-90 carbs. I'm on the higher end because I'm working out harder. On my rest day/yoga days I try to stay under 80. It is all trial and error.

Hi ladies! I only get my carbs from fruits & veggies, I don't eat rice or pasta I have shirataki noodles instead (made with tofu). I have 2 fruits a day then the rest is veggies. Awesome plans everyone! To Angela-The 90 carbs a day just works for me.... anything over100 and the weight loss slows to a crawl.

I've cut out all sugar, even the flavoring I used to put in my water. More lean protein and keeping carbs around 90 unless I have a high calorie burn day. Just keeping it simple.....

I'm really into running lately so I'm going to do that for cardio and barre workouts for weight training. Also Les Mills Flow 3x a week for stretching and lengthening....I love that one! :love:

YAY for starting this again! I have Les Mills, Turbo Fire &T25 so I'll have to see which one or mix it up for the new year! I look forward to new friends and new goals!

Fire 30/Tone 30 done! Those shoulder exercises with the leg lift at the same time are killers!

Fire 55 EZ today for me! It flew by! I can't believe how much energy I have! By now I would of quit because of exhaustion or boredom but here I am starting my 6th week!
