How was your first week?

New video coming Aug 6th!
It's called "Walk It Off in 30 Days" It's 2 30 minute workouts...one is cardio with light weights (1-3 lbs) & the other is strength training with medium weights (5-12 lbs) that you do on alternate days. Can't wait!!!!!
Turbo Fire got me off my high blood pressure meds!
Today the doc told me no more meds & that my bp was fantastic! Just goes to show its not all about the number on the scale! Time to celebrate with HIIT 20!!!! :drinker:
I'm back!
Well after much soul searching I have come to the conclusion that Medifast works for me & makes me feel good & in control. I have just placed my order and could cry over the time & money I have wasted trying other things to only feel like crap. I would love add more Medifast friends to keep me on track if there is any out…

I just read on Collage Video that a new 4 Mile Power Walk is coming! It has "Power Surges"! You can view a clip on the website. I know target comes out with her DVDs earlier so keep an eye out & let others know if you see it!

The new DVD I said that was coming out on end of March is in Target stores now! My sister got it & says it is awesome! Mine is on it's way from College Video & I can't wait!
