THIS. if you had surgery to have cysts removed, im sure your doctor ruled out POCS. Hormone changes really affect weight gain/loss. you might need your levels checked.

i only went back a few days but its pretty obvious that she is going over on most things every day, especially sugar! it would also be interesting to see how high the sodium is. i would definatly cut out the creamer and pickles to start.
