I am on my second week of running. I finally was able to make it 2 miles last night. So I'm going starting slow and building my way up. I have done 3 miles since Monday (9/2). I setting a personal goal of 8 miles a week for now, or 32 miles for September.

I just broke out my dusty walking pad and have been walking on it every day. Doing a slow walk to get my endurance back up. Doing at least a mile each day and tracking every little thing I eat. Lost 11 lbs right out the gate. I know it will slow down but I'm feeling so great!

I had a Sleeve done on May 25th, 2015. Prior surgery: Highest weight- 267lbs Surgery weight- 260lbs Shirts- 3XL Pants- 20 Shoes- 10 wide Currently: Weight- 216 lbs Shirts- XL Pants- 16 Shoes- 9.5 Medium Total 51 lbs down. My nutritionist said that if you're losing weight and eating less calories, a lot of your calories that your are eating should be from protein. But your body can only absorb about 30 grams of protein at a time. So space out your protein intake. Also the best powder protein is Whey.

I just got the referral from my PCP. Still have to get more blood work done and I'm getting an Echo Stress test done on Friday. I've already started to change my eating habits and starting with a little more activity. I'm excited for this process but I know it's going to be a lot of work. My dad is getting the surgery in…

I always have good intentions on the weekend but I don't always follow through. I don't eat at a normal schedule like I do durning the week. I usually end up snacking and drinking beer! lol At least I do try to work out or move around Saturday and Sunday! Back on track Mondays!
