  • For the first time in a long time, I was able to run 4 miles and not really realize that I was running...I know it sounds weird, but I love it!
  • For the most part. Sometimes I don't have time to measure things out, so I eyeball. My food diary is to hold myself accountable for what I eat. I know what I eat and if I really feel that I haven't logged everything, I don't finish the day.

  • Swimming probably isn't going to happen...I don't have a pool and unfortunately, I have a treadmill because I can't get to a gym. I'll definitely try the epsom salt soak! Thanks!!

  • Thanks for the responses! I am leaning towards the zip or the bracelet one...I just don't need the sleep one...I'll figure it out. Definitely getting one though.
  • I did it while I was deployed and definitely saw results. It's not easy, well, wasn't for me until I had worked through several of the workouts over a week or two. The ab work out is amazing! I want to do it again, but I don't have the time to committ. Hope this helps!

  • I did my 40 minutes on the treadmill and the push ups and the sit ups...I definitely feel better having done it. Thanks everyone for your motivation!
  • I am trying to run Monday-Wednesday, rest Thursday and Friday, run Saturday, and rest Sunday. I'll do the pushups, situps, and my squat challenge even on rest days, that's not really high impact and doesn't take long to really knock those out. If this schedule doesn't work, I can always adjust! Thanks for the info!
  • Rest day is Thursday...just seems so far away! I'm going to do it...it is true, I have regretted not doing it, but I have never regretted doing it. Better knock the pushups out now...I'm going to do everything spaced out instead of all around the same time. At least it will still get done!
  • Awesome! Wish I had your motivation and dedication. I did the 60 today, but didn't even want to do 1! Trying to get myself into gear to do my 40 minutes on the treadmill and my pushups and sit ups. Just sounds so yuck today!

  • Just did mine...super proud of myself too, I'm totally lacking the motivation to even move let alone do 60 squats! Trying to force myself to cook dinner for the kids so I can hop on the treadmill, but I just don't want to! Hate days like this! I'm going to do it, just need to get up and do it. Boo...ha ha

  • Just did mine, and now I'm about to run on the treadmill for a little bit. Not sure I should do the squats before I run, but it is what it is! Everyone is doing a great job!!

  • I have three. One on my left shoulder which is a Cleveland Browns helmet and my dad's birthday and day that he died, and I have one on the inside of each wrist with my kids' names. My dad was a huge Browns fan and he and I shared that, so I thought the helmet was fitting. Planning on getting more later!
