I really hope you guys are right, because I'm in the same boat. Following the diet plan and working out for an hour a day since new years. Had a gain of 2.5 pounds and it makes me want to give up.

Hoping you're right, becaue I'm ready to throw in the towl after 2 weeks of hard work and 2.5 pounds gained. Total crap!

I hate to say it, but I agree that generally males and females cannot be great friends without one or the other having feelings.. I think that if he's jealous I would try to be a little understanding. Consider how you would feel if the roles were reversed.

Sorry no answer for you, but have a question. Have debated insanity but have had foot pain in the past. How tough is it as far as high impact? I want to take on a new challange but it took most of last year to heal my foot and I'm not going back there again!

no, but they are charging because the medical problems for smokers cost more--not because they are making the guy next to them sick. In truth, they probably should charge a premium for any unhealthy lifestyle choice. and no I'm not a smoker. never have been in my life.

vison fading I think is a result of a low blood pressure--from dehydration. I've gotten that before. Seems like you are working out too hard. Perhaps drinking something like gatorade during your workout would help. I know if you workout too hard and lose too much sodium you can dehydrate.... although I think that is more…
