This info isn't just for newbies.....I am trying to revamp my diet as I lose weight and I have been going back and forth on various information. You always hear...STEP 1-Fix your diet. Thanks for showing what some of that looks like!0

exercise and hunger ? I like to walk and after I walk I feel hungry I don't eat a lot before walking my fav atm is peanut butter on a slice of bread and a banana then I go walk for 30 min to an hour often walking up and downhill but afterwards I'm starving and I don't wanna eat more calories than I should or does this mean I'm doing something right?0
