  • You don't have to do it every day... But as to intense cardio dvd's.. well, there's the Cathe Friedrich's ones which I understand she's aiming for hight intensity - I still haven't tried it myself. There are tons of Billy Blanks ones. . also.. I hear many recommend TurboFire, but again, haven't tried it yet.

  • I admit I don't have much experience, but I did try to do it the last 2 days.. well.. I don't really like it. The first day I tried doing the bumbum vid. which is supposed to work on the butt, but couldn't really feel a burn for a long time. then I tried the cardio which was simply a joke.. I stopped it after 15 minutes…

  • I've just finished day 3 of level 2. Man, this is HARD!!! but yet, manageable. I'm sure it'll get easier as I continue. People who are complaining about the boredom.. why not play it on the computer along with a favorite TV show? I watched "Friends" t all through level 1 once I knew the routine.. Just played both of them…
