I admit I don't have much experience, but I did try to do it the last 2 days.. well.. I don't really like it. The first day I tried doing the bumbum vid. which is supposed to work on the butt, but couldn't really feel a burn for a long time. then I tried the cardio which was simply a joke.. I stopped it after 15 minutes when I realized I was hardly breaking a sweat. So it might be good for complete beginners, but not if you're looking for a challenge.

I do however really recommend the "Butt Bible" workout set. Old school but really really effective. you get down to the floor, just like in the 90's :-)

You can check it out on Youtube. The whole series is online for free.

I liked BBL. I usually hate those dance-y type workouts but this one was fun for me. I found Butt Bible lady to be annoying and its only 4 different things she has you do, over and over and over again. Granted its only 20-30mins, but its gets boring. BBL, on the other hand is a more comprehensive workout and my butt and waist/abs were screaming the next day.

Thanks for the recommendation. I have been wondering about that Brazillian Butt lift because I do plenty of lunges and squats and all that-- but "how did my butt get down there?"-- and I have been wanting to add some butt work, but I wasn't sure where to start.
