I would definitely recheck your numbers but also don't ignore the fatigue. Is there a reason for you to be so tired? If not, I would do as another poster suggested and get some blood work done.. my first thought was that your thyroid could be out of whack.. Good luck and congratulations on your great loss so far!!

I lost 13 lbs my first week of dieting. Being 227 lbs and needing to be about 125-130 lbs meant the weight was going to come off fast at first. Trust me, the more you lose the slower it will go. There are also caregiver support groups everywhere! I would suggest checking into that as well. You'll find that the health community is very sympathetic to the plight of the caregiver - there's a growing concern for caregivers today!! After all, they are helping to keep loved ones out of nursing homes if possible.
