It makes me feel good. It is a positive way to relieve my stress and bad energy from the day. If I am ever angry and I can't sit in my room anymore, I go to the gym and I take a nice run on the tread mill, lift some weights and I feel so much better. It really calms me down.

Low Fat Yogurt with some granola and a little bit of honey! Lately I have been having that with kiwi or apples!
