Whats your reasons for working out and why?

It makes me feel less old, it makes me feel stronger and most of all..... I can eat more than 1200 calories every day!0

It makes me feel good. It is a positive way to relieve my stress and bad energy from the day. If I am ever angry and I can't sit in my room anymore, I go to the gym and I take a nice run on the tread mill, lift some weights and I feel so much better. It really calms me down.0

Exercise is good for controlling depression. I do best when I am active.0

I get to eat way more food, my body looks better, and my heart is in better shape.0

Makes me feel good and its the only way to shape my body the way I want it0

I hate working out. I know, I know...I should find something that I like...truth is...I hate sweating!
All in all, I work out because it makes me feel fantastic afterwards. I'm glad I did it even if I did drip sweat.0
