    It makes me feel less old, it makes me feel stronger and most of all..... I can eat more than 1200 calories every day!

    It makes me feel good. It is a positive way to relieve my stress and bad energy from the day. If I am ever angry and I can't sit in my room anymore, I go to the gym and I take a nice run on the tread mill, lift some weights and I feel so much better. It really calms me down.

    Exercise is good for controlling depression. I do best when I am active.

    I get to eat way more food, my body looks better, and my heart is in better shape.

    I hate working out. I know, I know...I should find something that I like...truth is...I hate sweating!

    All in all, I work out because it makes me feel fantastic afterwards. I'm glad I did it even if I did drip sweat.
