I would go with circuit training as well. One trick I use to make sure I don't overindulge or overestimate calorie burn is to only eat back half of the exercise calories MFP says I burned. Maybe that's something that would work for you?

I've been buying baby kale lately and using it in salads and protein shakes. It's much more palatable raw than regular kale, IMO. Regular kale I usually saute with garlic and olive oil, or something to that effect.

Do what feels right for you. I weigh every day, but I've also familiarized myself with my fluctuations due to hormones, sodium, etc., so one bad weigh-in doesn't really throw me off. Daily weigh-ins definitely help keep me on track.

Unless you're drinking 6 a day, I wouldn't worry too much about your diet soda intake. Diet soda isn't inherently "bad," but as with anything, moderation is key. Too much of anything isn't good for you. Hell, drinking too much water can KILL you.

Eating 800 calories a day is probably going to come with lots of unwanted side effects. Hair loss, bone density loss, nutritional deficiencies... Sounds like fun.

I don't buy the foods I'm likely to binge on. I NEVER go to the grocery store hungry, because I'll always end up with some kind of trigger food in my cart. If I'm tempted to eat when I'm not really hungry, I'll brush my teeth, go for a walk, call up a friend - whatever it takes to get my mind off eating.
