I was reading some of this last night, as I need help dialing in my macros regarding Protein, carbs & Fat. I found most the information is around weight loss and I’m looking to maintain my current weight (with the reduction of BF). Do you have some information Specifically geared for my situation?

I'm using a FitBit too and like it. The problem I have using it- I need to eat the calories back now that I'm at my target weight!

Jump rope is a good one that is easy- eh, I mean you can do anywhere. It's NOT easy/ just say'in. I've been toled it's 2:1 for it's exercise over running etc. You can also strive to do double unders - which I can't do yet...... Good luck.

Looks like I'll focus on lifting heavy and stop worrying so much on the 10% bf. It's just a personal goal I have - I don't want to end up looking skinny! Thanks for all the replies!

Can it help figure loosing BF and Maintain my weight? Im looking t get rid of BF only. My goal is 10% or less and figure I'm at 20 +/- now.

That’s the million dollar question! Me I have to focus on my personal goal, that’s ultimately driving you to eat right and work out. Stays focused and jump on here for more novation! Do you think it could be an energy thing- maybe not eating the right foods or enough of the right foods? Vitamin deficiency perhaps?

That sounds awesome! Me, I started doing pull-ups& push-ups and it’s starting to snowball into more. I really want to lower my BF without losing more weight. I really want 6 pack ABS by August.

I record everything. If you don't there's a good chance your not taking this seriously, and your more likely to fail. The good part is your here asking, and we are here for support! Keep it up and Keep your eyes on the prize!

I find it helpful to read the portion size before I start eating, and try to keep my meals with what it calls a serving. Don't let this be a set back and keep your eyes on you goal, you can do it!

I go by what the package says. You're going to find differences with everything, like you, I was really concerned at first but I find its better to log something as long as it close. Otherwise you can get frustrated and loose momentum.
