I'm on my second week of Stronglifts and I enjoy my HIIT class that's an hour long 1x time a week. Is it ok for me to continue this class while doing stronglifts? I'm eating at a slight deficit @ 2300 cal.
My wife and I are about to start Stronglifts, but I want loose body fat and not look like a power lifter. I'd like see muscles and definition without looking bulky? I've done some searching and have seen a several women who look fantastic that lifted, and I'm sure my wife will do well, But what can I expect?

I was doing pull ups and was pretty serious until I hurt my muscle near my elbow (tennis elbow?). I don’t think it was caused by my pull ups using a bar, but think it was hurt trying to use the Metolius rock rings. These are killer on grip and I believe it strained my arm to the point when I did a regular pull up it burned…
