10 regular push ups. When I started I could only do 2 knee push ups. Less weight to lift, and stronger muscles too! On the down side, my former skinny clothes now fit, but are horrifically out of fashion.

Stouts, Porters -- if it is rich and dark, I love it. My favorites are the Founders beers and New Holland Dragon's Milk. My lawnmower beers are wheat ales and Radlers (Shandys). I've recently re-started homebrewing. My first batch was a "Smoked Porter," my next will be a Weizenbock, followed by an Oatmeal Stout.

I would recommend a pair of cross trainers. I like NewBalance, but Nike, Reebock, Puma, Adidas, and others make nice ones too. Last Sweat 1-2 for the week. I've got at _least_ one more week of 1-2. I still can't keep my arms moving on the knee lifts, nor come close to their pace.
