I think people with over 5,000 posts on this board need to get a freakin life. Those with over 10,000 have serious issues. The ones I've seen are not here just to help people either.

I feel for you on the brain zaps. I went cold turkey on Cymbalta years ago and had the same exact horrible side effect. Unfortunately, it took weeks for them to go away. Hang in there

It definitely all balances out and happens to most people. Look at your weekly overall calorie intake instead of scrutinizing each day for a much broader and more accurate view.

It only means if you ate that EXACT number of calories every day for the next 5 weeks, that's how much you could possibly weigh. It actually has nothing to do with real life, so don't rely on it for a gauge of your progress.

Just to clarify since you're new, muscle is not heavier than fat and you don't replace fat with muscle. 1lb fat = 1lb muscle. Muscle is denser than fat, but they weigh the same. 40/30/30 was highly recommended by my expensive nutritionist. I'm one of the few who truly eats this way, not just have my macros set to it.

I've lost 54lbs and still have my DDD's. Band size has gone done some, but my cup size hasn't changed one bit.

I eat 30% protein. One thing that I guess I shouldn't be worried about, but I'm more surprised is that my cup size hasn't gone down at all. Doesn't that seem a little odd? I'm a DDD still...after losing all this weight. I've gone down 2 band sizes, but no cup size. I was kind of hoping I would.

Thank you for trying to make me feel better, but that's really little consolation. I've lost 60% of the weight I wanted to lose, but only 30lbs of fat. That means for all my hard work, I'm only 25% of the way there? I was only going to try and lost 35 more pounds. Now it seems I have a TON left to go.

I do strength training 3 times a week, so I cannot believe I've lost 20lbs of muscle. I notice a difference in the way that I look as in I am more toned and tight than I used to be and have much better muscle tone. I just don't know what to think.
