I'm not even gonna try to add it up....was doing not terrible overall - wedding Saturday was brutal - ate, drank, drank, dessert, drank, drank.....

I've been very conscious of what I'm eating, and doing pretty well...but still zero points as far as this goes...protein's hard

under for calories by 100 or 200..also still under on protein every day....trying to get back in the groove!!!!

this I can do...or attempt to do, why is it so much easier to get enough fat and sugar, but not so easy to hit the protein goal??? dammit, can't donuts be better for you???

well...I tracked all weekend is good for me...however...I earned a whopping 10 for the entire weekend :s didn't eat enough, didn't drink enough water..I never seem to get breakfast on the weekends which sets me up to either not eat enough, or be so hungry I scarf all the foodz...so, I'm at 40 - I suck :'(

yeah...I've been logging but as you can see, not here...and pretty much to low to get me any points anyway :'( and triathlon sunday so I should be eating more the rest of the week..protein's been a huge issue for me - I may need to look into protein powders, need more fuel...

I'm SO late to this...not even gonna bother going back...yesterday was a 20 (carbs and fat good) calories too far under, and sugar over...grrr...I've GOt to be super careful for the rest of the month - wetsuit in public on the 23rd and bikini on the 30th...
