See! LOL! Orstein and Smough are the WORST! I spent hours on them. And the Capra Demon? forget it. I played that game several days a week after the gym, and It took me almost 2 months to beat it. I cannot believe I didn't smash my controller or my TV in New Londo.

The Skyrim theme is epic. It makes great workout music. Put on the 10 hour looping track from youtube and you can feel pretty epic working out. Personally I run 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fat. I find it gives me the largest amount of energy through the day while maintaining a large calorie deficit (~12-1300/day intake).
