Thanks for all the advice- I've read some lean gains and thought that this was an okay method. I just want to hear from others on the IF bandwagon and how it was working for them. Thanks again everyone.

I went black years ago- used to add a little sugar but soon didn't have time for it. I still don't like black coffee for the taste but drink 3-5 cups every morning.- its like taking my medicine!

It's a compliment- the are saying you ARE fit and pretty. Like you don't even have to work at it. Even if you really do it is a compliment. It's like telling somebody they are beautiful, you don't say "wow you really know how to apply makeup."

I just quit 28 days ago. I've tried before but this time I've really made it work. I think the whole healthy lifestyle thing is what is keeping me clean. Oh btw I've lost like 4 lbs this past month!

As a just now recovering alkie- I think the bias is because deep down they don't feel great about themselves and it bothers them that its so easy for you to not to by choice.

Also some schools get involved. Here in KC they actually paid half the cost to send a few kids to a weight management camp. There are resources out there- just gotta find 'em!

The best advice I've had so far is to make it a routine, second nature- something that needs to be done- like laundry or going to work.

Thanks for the tips guys. I was never a huge sodapop guy so thats easy. But I used to eat burgers and chilidogs and crap like that all the time. That's going to be the only hard part. I love meat but know i have to do it in moderation. I also used to drink quite a bit and that is gone now too. So we will see where it goes…

I did as well. I started working out Monday and went again this morning. Intense workouts but I feel its going to be a life changer. I'm in my late 30's and feel its time to change who I am. Good luck and I will be here doing the same thing!
