Im new to MFP, and truth be told new to actually paying attention to what I eat and logging it. Any others who would like to help support my new journey and have support on their own please feel free to add me

    What's your plan so far? What made you make the change?

    well my plans so far are to start actually watching what I eat and logging it, that way I am learning what I should be eating and how much etc. I also have started taking a more active role in exercising, like actually doing it, including cardio sessions, muscle training, and jump workouts.

    I made the change because I just didnt know who the fat guy looking back out of the mirror at me was and that was awakening.

    I know what you mean- my before pic with my shirt off was a little disheartening...

    yeah I hear ya. I never was really brave enough to take a before pic with my shirt off when I close to 300 lbs. Hell to be honest Im reluctant to take a before pic with my shirt off at 190 lbs because I still see that 300 lb guy in the mirror most of the time
