• I struggle too. I was pregnant 4 times with 3 births. I also had prolapse. Sometimes I make it. Sometimes I use leaky bladder pads.
• You are beautiful. I struggle with the same problems, but I'm doing it for me and my health. I'm the one doing for everyone else. This I need to do for me, so I can be there for my family.
• I agree on the expensive part. I look for gluten free products and I am very disappointed that so many of them have soy in the ingredients. Not a soy fan. Soy is very bad for the oxalate kidney stones I get.
• Yes, I have had a problem with not enough nutrients, so I started taking some supplements. I was short on all those you mentioned. I also stopped using table salt due to kidney/kidney stone problems. I started using kelp like one tablet every 3 or 4 days for iodine. Also, I added pink salt (not himalayan), I thought it was…
• I take mine in the morning, it is on my bedside table. After using the restroom. Ha Ha
• I tasted the Daiya "cheese" both the motzerella and the cheddar and they were both very good. Especially since I've been dairy free for a couple of months. I also have tried nutritional yeast. (It is not an active yeast so no risk of infections) It tastes buttery, nutty, and slightly cheesey. I like both olive oil and…
• I was wondering that too. Nuts, soy, and seeds are high in oxalate, which is a chemical that can help cause kidney stones. Even though I drink 12 cups of water a day.
• New to GF. What is in your flour mix and measurements please? Thanks
• Thanks for the input. I actually found some in a store, but haven't opened it yet.
• I juiced, but it wasn't exclusively juice. I also eat vegies cooked and lean meat. It has helped with the weight loss. I don't follow a recipe I just juice what I have. I never tried kale before juicing and it is pretty good. I haven't tried it any other way yet. I didn't eat pears fresh, but the juice is good. I guess it…
• Why don't you keep it around anymore? Is there anything about it that you know of that is not good for you? I have been dairy free for about a month and just learned about it.
• Thanks for the tip on the goitrogens. Besides broccoli, soy, and cauliflower, what vegies are goitrogens? Thanks for helping. Do you have any suggestions for vitamin B supplements? I have heard to get them in a capsule instead of a hard pill for better absorption. Is there any good supplements that are not very expensive…
• My level is low and I have hypothyroidism. I read too much iodine can put into hyperthyroidism. I am taking Kelp from Nova Scotia and Pacific. The bottle says iodine (from kelp) 150 mcg; Nova Scotia and Pacific kelp 300 mg. I take one tablet every 3 or 4 days. No, I haven't checked with my dr. I won't see her til April but…
• I saw a dr in January who suggested I become sugar, gluten, and dairy-free. It is a major amount of changes. I was already alcohol free. I don't want to eat any processed food except rice is the only thing I can eat. The wheat/flour/sugar did awful things to my guts. I don't think I'll ever be in the zero depression phase,…
• Contradulations on your weight lose. It was a great hint about adding back the calories that you burnt. My dr. told me not to add the calories back in. But sometimes I was just so hungry. You were successful and you added the calories back in. Yeah. I am on two appetite suppresants. I am wondering what is going to happen…
• It does sound delicious.
• Love almonds. Have hypothyroid. But almonds do not love me they are high in oxalate among a lot of other things like soy etc which can lead to kidney stones. I only eat them rarely. Darn it . . . love them.
• Sounds goods. Except for almond butter (kidney stones). I think it would good with a substitute nut butter.
•
I have only tried the Udi mullet and chia bread it is good. It is the only gf thing I've tried. Gluten-free items are so expensive. So much of gf has other ingredients in it that I'm also having problems with like soy.
• You have done a terrific job. Hats off to ya.
•
I think you're missing my point. I lost 153lbs with OUT doing insanity. That's prett significant. Out of those 153lbs loss, I lost 30lbs by not doing anything due to an injury. My point I am trying to get across to you, You can get "results" without doing insanity, and you can lose weight even with an injury. It's…

• MFP does not have this option. I know of a free site that is like MFP but a lot more diabetic friendly so you can post your diabetes blood glucose, A1C, etc , exercise videos, groups, etc It is called www.sparkpeople.com. I am actually using both. I like my friends here.
• 1700 gluten free (no wheat, rye, barley, oats), dairy free, soybean free, No genetically modified corn oils etc. Just gotten over gallbladder surgery avoiding gassy foods.
• I had surgical menopause, had hormones (the horse urine ones), then compounded hormones worked best. Gained weight. I had gallbladder surgery too. Continued to gain weight. Lots of thyroid (low)/hypothyroid issues. If you have trouble losing weight or continue to gain weight you may want to have your thyroid checked out.…
• I have TMJ too. Sometimes the pressure from the mask on the face and teeth create pain.
• I've already exhaused mask options due to car accidents and pressure on back of neck. I've used the machine for over a year and still struggle to get to sleep. I took a break from the cpap machine and had bad morning headaches. Hypothyroid NO SLEEP Sat in a recliner (could fall asleep without cpap), put on cpap mask and…
• Thanks for the suggestions. I'll give them a try. I'm going to try that Daiya cheese I've never heard of it. Where do you find it in the store?
