My daily percentage is about 50% carbs, but I barely eat bread or any grain. I have Special K cereal or oatmeal for breakfast, pretzels, salad w/ grilled chicken, and a fruit for lunch, and dinner varies. I'm just not sure why the carbs are so high.

My thighs are 23 inches and I would love to take them down to 20 inches. 3 inches doesn't seem like a lot but I'm not sure where to even start

Welcome to MFP! I have the Zumba for the Wii and let me tell you it can be a workout. They even have different styles of workouts and different ways to schedule your week. It's a great tool. Good luck!
