I haven't been tested, but I have seen major improvement... I am not longer on mood stabilizing medications, I havent had any pain from ovarian cysts and my periods got fairly regular... I still have mood swings (pretty intense at times) but that could be the PCOS or the Bipolar Disease my mental health specialist…

I am supposed to up my carbs now that I am pregnant, nutritionist said to skip pastas and rice and other grains and to head straight for the fruit... not all carbs are created equal... if you want the fruit, eat the fruit, we all must eat some carbs and the best way to do that is with fruit!

That's very sweet, 150 is the goal! I was hoping to reach it before the next baby but God had plans for me, I am a vessel for something grander for now, thanks so much, but 211 is the number for now, I'll get that 150 soon as I have a healthy baby to show for ;)

Oh no, I stay off the forums if I can help it, many are informative or motivating but the rest of them are infuriating! I have a few friends or family members who come to me confused as to why my routine doesn't work for them & I'm like "Dude I saw you waiting in the McDonalds drive thru while I was on my walk" just saying!
