    I haven't been tested, but I have seen major improvement... I am not longer on mood stabilizing medications, I havent had any pain from ovarian cysts and my periods got fairly regular... I still have mood swings (pretty intense at times) but that could be the PCOS or the Bipolar Disease my mental health specialist suspected...
    Did the pcos go away?

    Yeah I started my journey in April of this year, and so far I had two period, three months apart but before that I hadn't any. So I was hoping to get mine insides going.

    How tall are you, though? Because I am 230 lbs and 5'2 and I look like I have a pretty big belly, arms, and thighs. Whereas in your picture at 211 lbs you look pretty thin.
